He has over 20 years of ministry experience and over 15 years of marketing & business experience. He’s had the privilege of working with Lauren Daigle, Darlene Zschech, Paul Baloche, All Sons & Daughters, MultiTracks.com, Integrity Music, Centricity Music, Word Worship Music, Covenant Worship, Gateway Worship, and New Life Worship, among many others.
Wisdom is the Founder of Indie Artist University, as well as Marketing with Wisdom, a faith-based marketing agency passionate about providing clear and effective marketing strategies.
By playing shows, writing great songs, and truly caring about those he meets along the way. Tibbs was catapulted into the music industry by a successful release with Noisetrade.com. Through that platform, John developed an online community of more than 100,000 supporters who helped crowd-fund his independent recordings, and it wasn’t long before he’d piqued the interest of major record labels.
Following the success of his 2016 debut record which garnered a Top-20 AC (Christian) single and a Dove Award nomination in the Rock/Contemporary Album of the Year category, John partnered with ToneTree and Bethel/Heritage Media to release his follow up, Heartland, crowd-funded through his online community via PledgeMusic to continued great critical acclaim. In 3 years, John has toured over 500 dates all over the U.S. amidst these releases as well as co-penning songs with writers and artists like Dave Barnes, Matt Maher, Michael Farren, and Paul Mabury.
Dustin Smith is a worship leader, songwriter and fourth-generation pastor, following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Dustin is also the founder of Here Be Lions, a ministry collective that focuses on discipleship, music and community through three outreaches: Be Fierce, a discipleship resource for families, All About Worship, a worship resource for churches, and Healing Is Right, a resource for the sick and hurting.
With vulnerability, humor and an unyielding love for God and His people, Dustin crosses denominational, cultural and generational lines to share the Gospel through preaching, teaching and music. His songs, which range from adoration to warfare, include “God Who Moves The Mountains,” “Miracles,” “Belong To You (Enemy Can’t),” “Praise The King,” “Rushing Waters” and “Chaotic Love (The One That Really Matters).”
Krissy Nordhoff is a staff songwriter with Integrity Music, co-founder of Brave Worship (ministry), and creator of the Worship Songwriter Mentorship online course. She has had 3 Dove Award Nominations, and also won the Dove Award for Worship Song of the Year in 2012 for a song she co-wrote called, “Your Great Name,” which has impacted the church worldwide.
Her songs have been recorded by artists including Natalie Grant, Mandisa, Darlene Zschech, Dustin Smith, Aaron Shust, Anthony Evans, Meredith Andrews, Charles Billingsley, Todd Agnew, Kerrie Roberts, Lacey Sturm, Joseph Habedank, Corey Voss, and Michael Farren. Krissy loves writing, but she also loves sharing what she’s learned with those coming behind her. She lives in Nashville, TN with her husband, Eric, and her three children, Alex, Kaden and Anthem.
Adrian Thompson is VP of Artist & Song Development for Integrity Music. Born in Northern Ireland, his journey began in a rock band which received acclaim across Europe. Becoming Label Manager for an independent Christian Label, he signed songs including "Days Of Elijah" and "Lion Of Judah" by Robin Mark and was A&R for the MOBO (Music Of Black Origin) Award-winning album by David & Carrie Grant.
In 2004 as A&R manager for Survivor Records, part of the David C Cook family, he worked with artists including Ben Cantelon, Tim Hughes, Worship Central and signed and developed many worship artists including Rend Collective. 2013 saw Adrian and his family move to USA where, as VP of Artist & Song Development for Integrity Music, he oversees a roster of artists and songwriters which includes Paul Baloche, Darlene Zschech, David Leonard and Lincoln Brewster.
Brad Guldemond is a Christian artist, songwriter and kids worship artist. He is a 3-time GMA Canada Covenant Award Winner for Inspirational Album of the Year, Children’s Album of the Year and Children’s Song of the Year and has over 20 years of experience in ministry and music in a variety of roles like worship pastor, songwriting coach, Compassion Artist Ambassador, and music mentor.
Brad takes a practical and pastoral approach to training artists and songwriters so they can find their true calling, take their creativity to the next level and make a living doing what they love.
Tamar Chipp is a worship leader and PR pro with more than 10 years of experience in Public and Media Relations. She and her husband lead the worship band Modern Day Cure and are based in Nashville.
She serves as the Director of Publicity for Marketing with Wisdom.
Kennedy is the Director of Streaming Marketing at Marketing with Wisdom and oversees playlist pitching. She is a graduate of Christ for the Nations Institute and former Development Arts Director at Free Chapel. She has sung with Israel Houghton, Mac Powell, Darlene Zschech, Andy Mineo, B.J. Putnam, and others.
At the beginning of 2018, she resigned and decided to begin working on personal passion projects. She is now a traveling worship leader & singer-songwriter, with a new album in the works. She resides in beautiful East Tennessee with her husband, Tyler.
